Some prize boxes we made

Dad and I put a few prizes boxes together for my winter rendezvous bash. Im trying to make a lot of the prizes, along with some donations that have been made. So far, its all quality prizes! I'll have skinning knives, throwing knives, powder, caps, horns, you name it.

I will be staining them in the next day or two. The strap running down the front is a leather closure strap.

After they were stained, I took them out into the shop this morning and added stained beeswax to the holes and just gently touched the wax with a little heat to melt it and seal the screw holes. The stain is minwax, Early American.
