Looking at your photos one thing really stood out to me, the dogs. In the '60s and '70s dogs werent't allowed in the camps after dark. The owners didn't watch them and they would get into trouble ...

How about a comment on the positive side of the rendezvous, the people are usually more of a problem than the dogs, especially the drunks.....

i always liked to to see the animals as long as the owners had them under control. At the CSMLA yearly Championships that was a requirement, we had Dog Soliders to keep any issues under control.

Drunks  are always a problem and needed to be watched. One good thing about drunks for most part is they run out of gas and go lay down and just become a piece shit laying on th ground ...
