Is winter coming to an end ...

Every day its seems the weather is breaking records, the snow fall has been setting new levels in the mountains and north of Salt Lake. The levels of water in the Great Salt Lake are rising as well as the other ponds, river, etc.  We had some excitement this morning a herd of over 80 elk has been moved from the parks and surrounding area back up the hills to a safer area for them and the vehicle.




All of the herd made it to a safer place for now, Animal Control will keep an eye on these guys.

No elk here but do have fat rabbits. If the Tom does his job I won't have to get him myself. Soon ready to plant potatoes for the hard times.

Warmed up here to 74 with sprinkles forecast tomorrow is around 50 for a high with torrential rains. Dang I dislike this part of the country!
